Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the website at formworkstudios.dev (the “Site”), operated by Formwork Studios LLC (“Formwork Studios”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site is informational. It describes our studio and the software we build. It isn’t an offer, a quotation, or a contract for services, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement.

Our software is covered separately

Applications we publish are licensed to you under their own end-user terms and, where distributed through the Apple App Store, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those terms govern the applications. These terms govern the Site.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, layout, stylesheets, images and the Formwork Studios name and mark, belongs to Formwork Studios LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Archivo typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License and remains the property of its authors.

You may view, share links to, quote briefly from and print pages of the Site for your own reference. You may not republish substantial portions of it as your own, use our name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, or use the Site’s content to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don’t attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to pages we don’t operate. We provide those links for convenience and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those pages.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formwork Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable United States federal law.
