Privacy policy

Last updated 21 September 2026

This policy explains how Formwork Studios LLC (“Formwork Studios”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website at formworkstudios.dev and the software we publish.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts, images or other resources from third parties. If you email us, we have your email. That’s about all of it.

Information we collect through this website

Nothing we collect directly

This site is a set of static files. It contains no JavaScript, no analytics or advertising software, no tracking pixels, no embedded third-party content and no forms. It doesn’t set cookies or use local storage, it doesn’t build a profile of you, and it makes no attempt to identify you across sites.

Server logs held by our host

The site is served by a third-party hosting and content-delivery provider. Like any web server, that provider records technical information about requests, including IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, in order to deliver pages, protect the service from abuse and diagnose faults. We don’t use those logs to identify individual visitors or for marketing, and we don’t combine them with any other information.

Information you send us

If you contact us at hello@formworkstudios.dev, we receive your email address, your message and anything else you choose to include. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We won’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone for their own purposes.

Email is handled on our behalf by our email provider, which processes messages in order to deliver and store them.

Our applications

Formwork Studios hasn’t published any applications under this name yet. When we do, each application will have its own privacy policy describing exactly what that application collects, linked from this page and from the application’s App Store listing.

Our standing commitments for every application we ship:

Legal bases and purposes

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing this website, for the server logs described above, and in responding to enquiries, for correspondence you send us. Where we ever rely on consent, we’ll ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Retention

Hosting logs are retained by our provider for a short period under its own retention schedule. Correspondence is kept for as long as it’s useful for the matter it relates to, and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email hello@formworkstudios.dev. We’ll respond within the time the applicable law allows. We hold very little, so in practice most requests come down to deleting an email thread.

Children

This website isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

International transfers

Formwork Studios LLC is based in Idaho, United States, and our hosting and email providers operate globally. Information you send us may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security and a restrictive content security policy. No arrangement is perfectly secure. We hold very little about anyone, which limits what a breach could expose.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. We’ll describe material changes here.
